You must be 18 years or older to purchase a commission from me.

I take FULL payment up front before the piece is started. Partial payments for very expensive orders can be discussed.

All base prices listed are estimated on the low end. Please ask for a detailed quote if you have a very strict budget.

Payment is only accepted through P@y/pal, Ca$h@pp, Vgen, or K0-fi. NO crypto-currency.

Tips are not required but greatly appreciated in any amount!

Average estimate is around 1 month, but can be up to 3-4 months due to being a full-time student. Estimated timeline for your piece will be discussed during initial consultation/quote.

Turnaround timeline may change during the progress of your commission. If this happens I'll keep you updated.

Deadlines under a month may incur rush fees.

You can check the progress on your piece at any time here on my Trello, but feel free to DM with any questions.

If I miss something that is clearly shown in visual or descriptive reference, I will adjust my mistake free of charge. If you forgot to include something, please let me know as soon as possible.

For most commission types, I will send work in progress photos along the way. Reasonable adjustments are completely free during this period—don't be shy, just ask!

Excessive indecisiveness may incur additional fees to account for the extra time and workload required.

If your piece has been completed or is very near to completion, I may refuse further edits or charge hefty additional fees.

You may cancel an order anytime before payment is sent.

I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ONCE PAYMENT(S) ARE SENT.

Unforeseen emergency situations may be discussed for potential refund eligibility.

If you are unhappy with your piece for any reason, even after discussion during the progress phase, please reach out as soon as possible. I welcome open, honest conversation and would be glad to try to find a solution that works for us both!

You may upload any piece you have paid for and/or received to your personal website or profile, though I do kindly ask that you credit me as the creator of the art! You may use any of my socials, including discord or email.

I retain copyright over every work of art I produce, and I reserve the right to post my work for example and advertisement.

Do NOT claim my artwork as your own doing or remove/edit my watermark from any piece. If you would like an unwatermarked piece for personal/private use please ask!

Under NO circumstance may any of my artwork produced under these Terms of Service be used for commercial resale profit/purposes.

Under NO circumstances shall my artwork, commissioned or otherwise, be used or scraped for data usage including but not limited to tagging, training, and/or recognition for any machine learning, such as AI image generation, recognition and other services.

Do NOT reproduce or resell my artwork for NFT (non-fungible tokens) or any other crypto-currency.

By purchasing a NSFW/erotic piece you automatically agree that you, any recipient of the art, and any characters involved are 18 years of age or older.

I will absolutely NOT provide any suggestive or sexual content to anyone under the age of 18. Anyone found to be in violation of this will be blacklisted PERMANENTLY! (Yes, even after you turn 18)

I am willing to do most kinks/fetishes so long as they do not involve anything previously stated in my "Will Not Draw" list, however, some come with a hefty additional fee. If you're curious about your idea, please don't hesitate to ask!
