I take FULL payment up front before the piece is started. Partial payments for very expensive orders can be discussed.

All base prices listed are estimate. Quotes are always free!

Payment is only accepted through P@y/pal, Ca$h@pp, Vgen, or K0-fi. NO crypto-currency.

Tips are not required but greatly appreciated in any amount!

Average estimate is around 1 month, but can be anywhere from 3-4 months at most. I will be upfront with you during consultation about how long I believe it will take.

You can check on your piece at any time here on my Trello where I update occasionally with watermarked progress pictures as I work, but feel free to DM with any questions.

If you have a specific deadline or timeframe in mind please let me know. There may be additional rush fees.

If I miss something that is clearly shown in visual or descriptive reference, I will adjust my mistake free of charge.

I typically offer the option to request adjustments as I send work in progress pictures to prevent the need for changes later. Satisfaction is my goal, so I urge you to speak up during these times if needed, I wont be upset!

If you would like adjustments on a piece that has been COMPLETED, or is nearing completion, there will be additional charges.

I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Please be considerate of your personal circumstances when purchasing a commission.

If for any reason I am unable to complete a piece and have to abandon it entirely, I will offer a full refund regardless of it's progress. This is the ONLY circumstance where refunds will be offered.

If even through the process of sending WIPs you are severely unhappy with your finished piece, please let me know and we can discuss it. I am more than willing to have an open and honest conversation to try to come to a solution.

I retain copyright over every work of art I produce, and I reserve the right to post my work for example and advertisement.

Do NOT claim my artwork as your own doing or remove/edit my watermark from any piece. If you would like an unwatermarked piece for personal/private use please ask!

You may upload any piece you have paid for and/or received to your personal website or profile, though I do kindly ask that you credit me as the creator of the art!

Under NO circumstance may any of my artwork produced under these Terms of Service be used for commercial profit/purposes.

Under NO circumstances shall my artwork, commissioned or otherwise, be used or scraped for data usage including but not limited to tagging, training and recognition for any machine learning, such as AI image generation, recognition and other services.

Do NOT reproduce or resell my artwork for NFT (non-fungible tokens) or any other crypto-currency.

By purchasing a NSFW/erotic piece you automatically agree that you, any recipient of the art, and any characters involved are 18 years of age or older.

I will absolutely NOT provide any suggestive or sexual content to anyone under the age of 18. Anyone found to be in violation of this will be blacklisted PERMANENTLY! (Yes, even after you turn 18)

I am willing to do most kinks/fetishes so long as they do not involve anything previously stated in my "Will Not Draw" list, however, some come with a hefty additional fee. If you're curious about your idea, please don't hesitate to ask!
